An INDOOR performance of Pinocchio with limited capacity! All ages welcome.
In its 71st season, Opera In The Ozarks’ Studio Artists present a unique and whimsical adaption of the classic fairy tale “Pinocchio”. Filled with beloved melodies from some of the most famous operas, this is the story of a wooden boy who is trying to learn what it means to be “real”. All of the beloved characters are here: Pinocchio, Geppetto his father, the Blue Fairy, and even the dastardly Wolf and Cat. “Pinocchio” takes audiences on a journey of discovery: discovery of the lessons and changes of heart it takes to transform, and discovery of some the most beautiful music in the world.
The event has moved indoors to the Walmart Community Room. Limited free tickets are required for each person to attend. Tickets can be picked up at the BPL Children’s Desk beginning at 9AM on a first-come, first-serve basis.
