Set sail on an under-the-sea yoga adventure! Anna with Cocoon Yoga lab will lead families in a flow class featuring sea creature poses, dancing, breathe and playful movement.

Best for ages 3 and up. No registration required.

This event will take place outdoors. Please bring your own mat or beach towel.
