Presented by the Arkansas Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association
For centuries, we’ve known that the health of the brain and the body are connected. Now, science is able to provide insights into how to make lifestyle choices that may help you keep your brain and body healthy as you age. Join us to learn about research in the areas of diet, nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity, and social engagement. Use hands-on tools to help you incorporate these tips into a plan for healthy aging.
This program is intended for individuals of any age who are looking for information on ways to age well. It is not designed for individuals with Alzheimer's disease or dementia.
The workshop will be led by Lynette Finley, outreach coordinator with the Arkansas Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association. Registration is required.
