Learn how to dye and create unique patterns on fabric using the Japanese method of shibori.
Shibori is a Japanese technique for resist-dyeing fabric. This ancient method involves binding, folding and bundling fabric to produce abstract and geometrical designs. In this workshop, participants will learn three methods of shibori to make beautiful patterns. All materials will be provided.
This workshop will include working with permanent dye so participants should be mindful of clothing choices.
This workshop is Adults only (18+).
