Register for a free canvas, paint it at home, then bring it back to the library to be displayed throughout the month of October! For children ages 6-12.

Children ages 6-12 are invited to be part of our Tiny Art Show! Register for a free canvas, paint it at home, then bring it back to the library to be displayed throughout the month of October.

Registration will remain open while supplies last.

Please note: Due to high demand, canvases not picked up before Monday, September 11th will be offered to children on the waiting list.

Full Details:

1. Create a piece of art using the medium of your choice (paint, color pencils, etc.). If you use paint, please make sure the canvas is completely dry before returning it to the library.

2. Please do not use any canvas other than the one provided. Do not frame your canvas.

3. You can choose the subject of your artwork, but please keep it family friendly.

4. If it is unclear, draw an arrow on the back of the canvas to indicate the correct orientation. 

5. Bring your finished artwork to the library by September 30.

6. Art will be on display from October 2 - 31. If you’d like to keep your artwork after the show, please pick it up by November 4.

7. By submitting your art, you are giving Bentonville Public Library permission to publicly display, photograph and promote it.
